Chris is an established mixologist and spirits buyer with many national competitions wins under his belt.
Luke Grima was born in Melbourne, Australia and has been involved in the Retail Industry for 29 years. Starting out as a Trainee Manager for Coles in the mid 80’s, he performed many roles including Store Management, Operations and within the Buying Department. After 15 years with Coles he moved from Grocery to Liquor and joined the ALH Group in 2000, which back in those days was part of the Fosters Group to establish a retail brand called ‘The Fridge’.
The past 14 years has seen Luke perform many roles within the Liquor industry including Wine Buyer and Regional Operations Manager but it is his recent roles of Business Manager for Beer and Spirits – Pinnacle which involved sourcing and developing new brands for the Woolworths Liquor Group and Business Manager Spirits – Dan Murphy’s that he is more well known for.
Luke has been the Spirits Business Manager for Dan Murphy’s for the past four years. In that time, Luke consciously drove the Premium segment of Spirits and set a new path for Dan Murphy’s as a serious premium Whisky retailer.
Jenna has worked in numerous top establishments in Melbourne including Cookie, Toff in Town, Kodiak Cub and currently residing at Bar Frankie. Jenna is the only female mixologist who has placed in the Top 5 in Diageo’s World Class Cocktail Competition for Australia.
Fred Siggins is a mixologist at The Black Pearl & The Attic which are one of the most respected cocktail bars in Australia. Fred has also won top personal awards placing in the Top Ten at World Class Cocktail in Australia, Winner of Bacardi Legacy Australia 2014, Bulleit Batches National Champion and many others.
